If you are having problems figuring-out the difference between Region Codes, PAL and NTSC video formats then you've come to the right place! This page will help you cut through the techie-speak, and make the right choices.
Region Codes
The first thing to note about all How2DVD titles is that they are REGION FREE! That means that it doesn't matter if you are in Hong Kong, Australia or Great Britain - the DVD will play without any region restrictions. Because our titles are region free, you can order with the certainty that you won't encounter any problems due to restrictive region codes.
Video Standards
There are currently 2 main video standards used throughout the world; NTSC and PAL.

Because our titles are region free, and we sell worldwide, we need to make our DVDs available in more than one format. All of our titles will play in PAL countries, and now, we our offering our titles in NTSC format as well. So if you're in the USA or Canada, all you have to do is select NTSC next to the title you wish to purchase, and we'll make sure you'll get it in a format that will work for you.
